THREE SMALL STEPS

From screen
to paper.

01

Make your strip

Open the Fotoy photo booth to take four photos, or use photos you already have. Choose Wide strip if you want each finished copy to fill a 2 × 6 inch half of the paper. The slimmer Classic strip stays slim, centered with white margins.

02

Choose Print sheet

After the photos are made, select Print sheet under “Save as,” then save the PNG. Fotoy places two copies side by side in a 1200 × 1800 pixel file. At 300 pixels per inch, that maps to a 4 × 6 inch photo print. Your photos are assembled in your browser.

03

Print, then cut

Use 4 × 6 inch photo paper in a home printer or send the PNG to a photo lab. Select 4 × 6 paper and check the print preview so the whole sheet is visible without unexpected cropping. Cut straight down the middle; each half is one keepsake strip.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few print details.

Why two strips? A standard 4 × 6 print is twice as wide as a 2 × 6 strip. Putting the same strip on both halves makes it easy to print two copies on one sheet.

Will every printer cut them exactly? Printer margins and automatic crop settings vary. Check the preview before ordering or printing; choose a setting that preserves the full 2:3 sheet.

Just sharing digitally? Choose Photo strip for a single PNG, or Story for a 9:16 image. You do not need the print sheet.
